EARN
You're learning how to earn trust.
EARN trust before pressure decides for you.
You’re in the gym. You’re putting in the work.
But your coach still doesn’t hand you the ball when it matters.
That’s not a talent problem. That’s a trust problem.
EARN is where you fix it — through the standard that makes athletes dependable first and recruitable second.
Works hard when watched. Effort drops when no one is
Wants the opportunity before earning it
Coach sees the talent.
Doesn’t trust it yetNegotiates effort instead of just bringing it
Ready for the next level.
The next level doesn’t know it yet

EARN is for athletes who are ready to become someone coaches trust.
High school development players
AAU athletes building consistency and reliability
Varsity athletes competing for a real role
Recruiting-aware athletes and families
Athletes coming out of BUILD who are ready for the next standard
Athletes preparing to enter EXTEND
EARN is not for every athlete who wants to get better.
Athletes still learning the basics of how to train — that’s BUILD
Athletes who negotiate effort or need to be convinced to work
Families chasing exposure before readiness is established
Athletes who blame the situation before they examine themselves
Anyone who wants the opportunity without meeting the standard first
If the habits aren’t built yet, EARN will expose that — not fix it. Start with BUILD.
BUILD teaches you how to train.
EARN teaches you how to become someone coaches trust.
EXTEND is where you prove what holds up under real pressure.
Talent gets noticed.
Trust gets opportunity.
EARN is where the difference gets built.
Trust is built through preparation, consistency, and positioning.
That is the EARN standard.
THE EARN INSTALL
This is what we actually train.
6 reads. Every time you catch the ball with a screen involved — there are six possible things the defense can give you. We install all six. From every spot on the floor.
5 off-ball reads. What you do when you don't have the ball is half the game. Most athletes never train it. We do.
4 screens. Each one adds a layer of decision-making the one before it didn't have.
6 spots. Corner left. Corner right. 45 left. 45 right. Top of the key. Nail. Every read runs from every spot. If you can't execute it from all six — the install isn't complete.
We develop positionless players. Point guard through center.
Any position.
Any system.
One standard.
This isn't a workout. It's an install.

FAQ / PARENT CLARITY
Is EARN just about recruiting?
No. EARN is about becoming dependable first — recruitable second. Recruiting readiness is the result of trust-building done correctly. We build the person before we build the profile.
Does my athlete need to come from BUILD first?
Not necessarily. If your athlete already trains consistently, holds themselves to a standard, and is coachable — they may be ready for EARN. If those habits aren’t there yet, BUILD comes first.
What is the EARN Recruiting Game Plan?
It is a structured evaluation session that reviews the athlete’s transcript, eligibility, film, and pathway options. You leave with a written recommendation and a real next step. Not advice — a documented standard.
How does the family fit into EARN?
The EARN Parent Companion teaches families the same standard athletes are learning. Next level coaches recruit the player and the family. Family alignment is part of the EARN standard — not optional.
What is the EARN Install?
The EARN Install is the on-court basketball system behind the EARN standard. It covers 6 on-ball reads, 5 off-ball reads, 4 screens, and 6 spots on the floor. Every athlete in EARN — regardless of position — trains the same reads from the same spots. The goal is simple: by the time you leave EARN, you can function in any system any coach runs. The install is what makes that possible.

Trust is not optional.
Every athlete who got passed over was trusted less than the athlete who got the opportunity.
A coach who doesn’t trust you won’t play you.
A recruiter who doesn’t trust you won’t call you.
A program that doesn’t trust you won’t invest in you.
EARN exists so athletes stop waiting to be noticed — and start doing the work that makes them impossible to overlook.
