BUILD System

You're learning how to train.

BUILD habits before pressure arrives.

Most young athletes don't have a bad attitude.

They have a foundation problem.

They haven't been taught how to train — not just what to do, but why it matters, how to prepare, and what standard to hold themselves to every single day.

BUILD is where that foundation gets built — before bigger stages expose what's missing.

  • Jogs back on defense when no one is watching

  • Stands still without the ball — doesn’t know where to be

  • Works hard in front of coaches. Disappears when no one is

  • Doesn’t know what they don’t know — and the court shows it

  • Has talent. No structure to build on yet

BUILD is for athletes who are still learning how to truly train.

  • Youth and middle school athletes

  • Beginner and intermediate players

  • Athletes developing habits for the first time

  • Players who lack consistency in effort and preparation

  • Families building structure around a young athlete

  • Athletes preparing to enter the EARN lane

BUILD is not the right starting point for every athlete.

  • Athletes who already train consistently and are ready to prove reliability — that’s EARN

  • High school athletes at a real decision point about the next level — that’s EXTEND

  • Athletes looking for exposure before building the habits that make exposure worth having

If the habits are already there, BUILD will feel too slow. Start with EARN — where the reads, the screens, and the on-court install begin.

BUILD teaches you how to train.
EARN teaches you how to be trusted.

You can't skip to EARN if you haven't built the habits yet.

Habits are built through discipline, structure, and consistency.
That is the BUILD standard.

THE BUILD FOUNDATION

Before reads.
Before screens.
Before any system.

This is what we build first.

How to train. Most young athletes show up and go through motions. BUILD teaches why every rep has a purpose — and what it means to hold yourself to a standard when no one is checking.

How to move. Footwork. Body position. How to be in the right spot before the ball gets there. The physical habits that either carry into high school or have to be unlearned there.

How to compete. Effort that doesn't change based on who's watching. Defense that shows up even when it's not your night on offense. Habits that hold under pressure because they were built before pressure arrived.

How to be coached. Listening. Responding. Adjusting in real time. The coachability habits that every next-level coach is evaluating from the first rep.

These aren't soft skills. They're the foundation every advanced skill gets built on.

If they aren't built here — EARN will expose that. If they are — EARN is the next step.

BUILD the right way.

What habit builds now...

Pressure exposes later

What shows up on the court starts before it.

Performance Lab helps BUILD athletes train what skill alone won’t fix— mindset, film, adjustment.

Every lane.
Every stage.

FAQ / PARENT CLARITY

Is BUILD for beginners only?

BUILD is for any athlete who has not established consistent training habits yet. Age matters less than where the athlete actually is in their development.

How is BUILD different from a regular camp?

BUILD is a structured development system, not a single event. Every product in the BUILD lane builds on the same habits, the same framework, and the same standard.

Is this beginner-friendly?

BUILD is beginner-friendly. EARN and EXTEND are higher-stage.

Do BUILD athletes attend Performance Lab

Yes. Sunday virtual sessions are open to all BUILD athletes. The mental side of the game develops alongside the physical side — not after.

What does my athlete actually do in BUILD sessions?

Every BUILD session is built around four things: how to train, how to move, how to compete, and how to be coached. On the court that means footwork, body position, effort habits, and real correction — not just reps. The goal isn't to make your athlete look better in one session. The goal is to build the habits that hold up when the level gets harder.

Foundation is not optional.

Most athletes who struggle later...

Missed something earlier.

A habit they didn't build.

A discipline they never built.

A standard they never held.

BUILD exists so athletes don’t spend their high school years catching up to what they should have learned before it.
